Training Structural Mechanic (M/F/D)

The apprenticeship of the structural mechanic includes the manufacture and assembly of metal structures. During the three-and-a-half-year dual training, the trainees learn the welding, cutting and shaping of metals as well as the reading and implementation of technical drawings. The profession requires technical understanding, manual skills and teamwork. After the training, there are various further training opportunities, such as technician or master craftsman.

The apprenticeship of industrial clerks includes a variety of tasks in administration and organization. In the three-year dual training, the trainees go through various departments such as purchasing, sales, human resources, accounting and marketing. They learn to create offers, process orders, support customers and optimize business processes. Industrial clerks need a good understanding of numbers, communication skills and organizational talent. The profession offers varied activities and good career opportunities, for example through further training as a business economist or specialist.
